Al Pellegrino Cattolico uses the latest technology to protect your credit card information and does not release it to any outside organization. You can place your orders using Netscape's SSL encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions) or you can telephone, fax or email your card information to us.

As reported in a recent Knight-Ridder News Service article (which appeared in the Philadelphia Inquirer), "In 1997, there were no reports of credit-card information stolen on the World Wide Web during a transfer of information over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line, the kind of line used by Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Explorer. There were no slip-ups. None."

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Al Pellegrino Cattolico merchandise. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling).

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (very rare occasion), we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

Placing an order

To placing an order you can fill our secure order form, or you can print our order form and send it by fax or by letter.
After this you will receive, after some day, an e-mail of confirmation. The order won't be valid without you have received the e-mail of  confirmation from us.

What shipping options are available?

There are two available Shipping options: by Air Mail Regular Post (Vatican post or Italian Post), and by UPS Carrier.

• Shipping costs by Air Mail Post are 10% of the total amount of the order (minimum Euro 30,00) for order less than Euro 1000,00. For order over Euro 1000,00 the shipping is free. Shipping will take about 3/4 weeks
• Shipping costs by UPS Carrier depends from the weight and from the dimension of the package. The minimum costs is Euro 40,00 (for United States).
  After having examined the order you will be informed of the exact cost of the shipment. Shipping will take about 4/5 days.

Payment options:

Al Pellegrino Cattolico offers two different payment options:

• Credit Credit: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
  When submitting credit card information, please include:
  1. The type of card
  2. The card number
  3. The expiration date
  4. Your full name as it appears on the card
  5. The Cardholder's birth date
  6. Credit card's billing address
  7. The passport number (JCB card only)
